We establish a technical dossier containing quantity survey, terms and conditions, call for tenders, etc. and an administrative dossier containing orders, progress reports, payment of invoices, etc.
Coordination during Implementation :
The project will be monitored by a project manager who will make sure that the budget, timeline and planning tasks are fulfilled. Furthermore all the different parties, firms and companies involved in the project are coordinated.
